چکیده
Pancasila is the thought that function of punishment no longer just a deterrent, but also an effort to rehabilitate and reintegrate social inmates prisons. Prisons have important role in justice system. There are 4 main functions Penitentiary, namely; 1) Guidance; 2) Assistance 3) Supervision, 4) Community Research. The existence Correctional Care Group (Pokmas Lipas) very supporting empowerment correctional clients community, Pokmas their respective roles support reintegration so they can return community. implementation system which values, namely coaching personality prisoners, carried out by program with forms form religious education, general skills courses, recreation, sports, arts job training.
